Privacy and cookies

Plain English, because you should not need a lawyer to find out what a website does with your details. Last updated 2026-09-07.

This website sets no cookies

We do not use cookies, we do not store anything on your device, and we do not track you across the internet. There is no advertising network on this site and nothing here is shared with one. If that changes, this page changes first, and you will be asked before anything is stored on your device.

Who we are

Nexcubator is a business software product operated from Ireland. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. To contact us about anything here, use the contact form on this site.

When you fill in the contact form

The form asks for your name, your email address, your company, what you want to talk about, and your message. We use it for one thing: to reply to you, and to follow up on that conversation if you want us to.

Your messageBecause it is your question

Why we are allowed to keep it. You asked us to get in touch, so we reply. Depending on what you asked about, that is either a step towards doing business together, or simply our interest in answering people who write to us — and yours in getting an answer. Either way we use it to reply and to follow up if you want us to, and nothing else. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to you, we will ask your permission first, and you can take it back at any time.

We never share your details, never sell them, and never add you to a marketing list or a customer database. Your message is a conversation with us and nothing more. The only third parties involved at all are the suppliers who run our infrastructure, listed below.

We do not put your enquiry on a deletion timer, because we would rather still have the thread if you come back to us in a year. Ask us to delete it and we will, without asking why.

Cookies and anything stored on your device

This website does not set cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage, or any other way of keeping information on your device. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no social media tracker.

That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner. Under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations 2011 consent is needed to store or read information on your device, and we do neither.

If you visited this site before 2026-09-07, an older version of it used Google Analytics and may have left _ga cookies in your browser. The current site deletes those the first time you visit. You can also clear them yourself in your browser settings.

What our servers record automatically

Like every website, our servers keep a short technical log of requests: the page asked for, the time, the browser type, and the IP address the request came from. We use it to keep the site working and to spot abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not combined with anything else. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to us processing it. Ask us through the contact form and we will answer within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this page

If we start using anything that stores information on your device — analytics included — we will update this page and put a consent banner on the site before it runs. Nothing will be set on your device until you have said yes.
